about rapti zone

East Rapti River, a small river draining the Chitwan (inner Terai) valley in Nepal, flowing west to join the Narayani (Gandaki) River a short distance north of the Indian border. Rapti Zone, in Nepal, a first order administrative district about 200 km west of Kathmandu. West Rapti River, a river rising in Rapti Zone, in Nepal's Middle Hills between the Karnali and Gandaki basins, cutting through the 2,000 meter Mahabharat Lekh, flowing west through Deukhuri valley.
