Now you can donate your used car, truck, boat or RV

The SIDS Network, Inc. has arranged with the nation's largest car donation center (processed more than 325,000 car donations for hundreds of charities across America since 1992) to manage its vehicle donation program. You can now donate your used car, truck, boat, camper or RV and receive a tax deduction for its fair market value -- and we'll even arrange to pick it up!
You can donate your vehicle even if it is not in running condition. We will make all the arrangements to pick up your vehicle donation at no cost to you. We can arrange to pick up most vehicle donations anywhere in the continental United States and Hawaii and supply you with the necessary paperwork so you can claim your tax deductible charitable vehicle donation.
Please complete the online donation form and help the SIDS Network, Inc. today!

Be sure to say that you would like to donate to help the SIDS Network.
Is my donation tax deductible? Since the SIDS Network, Inc. is classified with the IRS as a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, all vehicle and vessel donations may are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. However, since individual tax situations are different, please check with your tax professional to determine how you may benefit.
What do I need to do to donate my vehicle? The title to the vehicle is most helpful, but if you do not have title papers, please call our car donation charities center toll-free at 1-800-240-0160 seven days a week anyway since other arrangements can be made in most instances.
My car hasn't run in years. Can I still donate it? Yes, we are able to accept most vehicles whether they run or not not (exceptions include older vehicles whose value would not offset the cost of towing). However, the condition of your vehicle will affect the fair market value of your donation. To find out if we can accept your vehicle, please complete the online donation form and help the SIDS Network, Inc. today!
In what states can you pick up vehicles? Most vehicles can be picked up throughout the continental US and Hawaii.
How is the value of my car determined? The IRS allows you, the taxpayer, to claim a tax deduction of (a) the value of your vehicle up to $500 or (b) if our car donation charities center sells the vehicle for more than $500 they will mail you a post card with that value for your tax purposes. For additional information, the IRS provides a Donor's Guide to Car Donations which sets forth the manner in which the IRS requires you to determine the value of your donated property. We suggest you review IRS Publication 4303. If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, then click here. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, then click here and select Publ 4303.
How will the car be picked up? We will arrange to have your vehicle towed away by a professionally licensed, bonded and insured towing company.
How long will it take to pick up my car? Our car donation charities center will contact you to schedule an appointment within three or four business days at the most. If you need your car picked up sooner, please call them toll-free at 1-800-240-0160 seven days a week, we may be able to make those arrangements as well.
